Compute credits pay for the computational work behind your runs (CFD, FEA, optimisation, etc.). Each plan includes a monthly credit allowance. Allowances reset at the start of every billing period and do not roll over.
Usage beyond your monthly allowance is metered at €0.02 per credit (pay-as-you-go), so a long CFD job won't be cut off mid-run. You can set a spend cap (and we'll prompt you to upgrade if a higher tier would be cheaper for your usage that month).
Same product, different compute sizes: Starter (2,000 credits/month) is for evaluators and side projects; Pro (10,000) is the workhorse for preliminary design; Max (50,000) is for heavy CFD/FEA users. The higher the tier, the better the per-credit rate.
Choose Team when you need shared workspaces, roles, and pooled compute across a design team. Choose Enterprise when you also need the certification-grade controls regulated entities require — audit log, controlled documentation, traceability, roles and signatures, SSO — typically for EASA DOA or FAA ODA workflows.
Both are available on Individual plans. Annual is billed up front at a discount; monthly is no-commitment. You can upgrade between tiers at any time (prorated immediately); downgrades take effect at the next billing period and your data is retained.

You can downgrade to Starter to keep your projects accessible at a lower monthly outlay. Your projects and data stay intact across tier changes.
The team admin sets the monthly credit pool and the spend cap. Every team member draws from that single pool; runs are logged per-user and per-project so you can see where credits go. Overage above the pool is billed at the per-credit rate, and the admin can pause new runs at any time.
